These terms apply to all purchases made on this website, operated by LUV'S STUDIO ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are the final prices shown at checkout. Prices and offers may change without notice, but the price you see when you pay is the price you are charged.
• Product images are representative. Actual colours and brightness can vary with your room, display settings and installation.
• We may limit quantities, and we may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred.

Orders & payment

• An order is confirmed only after the payment (or the advance for Cash on Delivery) is successfully received. You will see a confirmation page with your Order ID.
• Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner Cashfree Payments. We do not receive or store your card details, UPI PIN or banking passwords.
• Please make sure your name, phone number and address are correct; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery, replacement, cancellation and refund terms are described in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

Safe use

Use only the supplied power adapter, keep the controller and power supply away from water, and follow the included setup guide. Our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Reviews & content

By submitting a review, photo or video you confirm it is your own and allow us to display it on our website. We may moderate or remove content that is misleading, offensive or unrelated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where our business is registered.
