Where we ship
We currently ship to serviceable PIN codes across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders unless a charge is clearly shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing & delivery time
- Orders are packed and quality-checked within 1–2 business days after payment (or advance payment for COD) is confirmed.
- Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
- Delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes or other events outside our control may occasionally extend these times.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, the courier name and tracking number are shared on your order page, by email (if provided) and can be checked any time on our Help & Track page using your Order ID and phone number.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders, a small advance is paid online at checkout to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is paid to the delivery partner when the parcel arrives. Please keep the exact balance amount ready.
Damaged or tampered parcels
Please do not accept a parcel that looks visibly damaged or tampered with. If you notice damage after opening, record an unboxing video if possible and contact us within 48 hours — see our Returns & Refunds policy.
